History of Our Unique Office Building

The Sarasota Board of Realtors built the 2 small buildings on this 1.8 acre formerly wooded site in 1979. The larger building that Windom Allergy currently occupies was built in 1989 by the Board of Realtors to host their community wide meetings. The realtor association needed even more space so they relocated to Cattleman Road in 2013. We saw their old property as a ‘diamond in the rough’, leading us to purchase it in the summer of 2013. We removed some of the trees blocking the view from Tuttle Avenue, painted the dreary brown exterior, and built out the interior for medical office space. It has maintained the Olde’ Florida look, elevated on pilings with a tributary of Phillippi Creek running beneath it (on most days with have turtles and a gator or two swimming by).

Space for Rent

Do you know someone who would like to be our neighbor? We have two spaces for rent – a free standing building with 2,200 square feet of built out office space and 1,800 square feet of shell space adjacent to our office on the north side of the building. Contact Kathy here in the office to see if this space works out for you.
